The Big Picture
This Design-Build project involves a 46,580 Sf renovation of academic and support spaces and a new 5,250 SF Addition. The transformed building houses departments of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, Nursing/Allied Health, as well as Student Counseling and Student Health Services. The renovation involves upgrades to building and technology systems that create a more comfortable learning environment for students and faculty.
Ingenuity in Action
This project occurred during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic. We implemented a plan to ensure the safety and continuity of our project. We applied strict health and safety protocols, including mandatory mask wearing and sanitizing stations. We also enforced social distancing by reconfiguring workspaces to minimize close contact. These measures collectively enabled us to maintain progress while prioritizing the health and well-being of our workforce
